• Our installation work is warranted for a reasonable period, typically 12 months, against defects in workmanship.
• Warranties may be voided by misuse, unauthorised modifications, damage or interference by third parties.

8. Liability

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including power failures, internet outages, third-party service failures or force majeure events.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services will be limited to the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is not permitted by law (for example, in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

Where you have access to our helpdesk or support services, the specific response times, service levels and inclusions will be set out in the applicable agreement or support plan.

10. Termination
